Australian made 
All our products are proudly hand-made in Melbourne, Australia. We ship directly across Australia from the warehouse. If you are a customer wanting a quote for shipping to New Zealand or internationally, please reach out to us at info@fearon.shop. 

How production works
We offer two types of production:

Small-batch production
Some of our designs are crafted in small batches of uncoated aluminium, with finishes applied after purchase. Because quantities are limited, pieces are only available while a batch lasts. Once sold out, the next production run takes approximately 4 weeks.

Made-to-Order production
Our larger products are crafted to order, taking 6–8 weeks to complete. Each piece is carefully made to ensure it meets our high standards and your specifications.

How ordering works
- We offer a small selection of in-stock pieces ready to ship. 
- Some designs are made to order in our Melbourne workshop, with lead times noted on each product page.
- Custom and large-volume projects are quoted individually. Please submit your enquiry to info@fearon.shop. 

How custom products work
If you have a unique idea, we can work with you to create a fully custom piece. From concept to completion, every custom project is crafted to your specifications, with timelines and pricing provided on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to discuss your vision, and let's make something truly one-of-a-kind.

How delivery works
Our smaller pieces are shipped around Australia via courier services such as TNT or Couriers Please. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Larger items like our Yum Table are delivered via a private courier. The courier will contact you directly once your item has been picked up from our warehouse to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Packaging: All items are securely packaged to protect against damage during transit.
