What we hold in stock, what we build to order, how long each takes, and how it reaches you.

Lead times
Every piece is made in our Melbourne factory. Some are held in raw aluminium and coated once you order. The larger pieces are built from scratch. Which one you are buying decides how long you wait.
5 days
in the workshop, then 3 to 7 days freight
Held in stock as raw aluminium. We coat your piece in your chosen colour once the order lands.
Metro deliveries land sooner than regional or remote. If a date matters, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Ordering
Choose your piece, pick a colour and check out. You get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking once your order leaves the factory.
Custom colours, non-standard sizes and trade quantities are quoted separately.

Colours and finishes
Every piece is powder coated in house. These are the standard five. Custom colours within the Dulux Powder Coat Range can be provided upon request.
Screens lie. Ask us for a product reference before you commit to a colour.

Delivery
Smaller pieces ship Australia wide by standard courier, currently TNT and CouriersPlease, with tracking emailed on dispatch. Larger pieces travel with a dedicated furniture courier who will call you directly to book a delivery window before the piece leaves our warehouse.

| Packaging | Corners protected, edges wrapped, all products are professionally boxed. Keep the packaging until you have checked the piece over. |
Bulky items may need help at your end to get through a doorway. Measure the tight spots before delivery day.

Returns
| Change of mind | Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided if you have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order. |

Custom work
We take one off commissions. A piece sized to your space, an existing design in a colour we do not stock, or something that does not exist yet. Send dimensions, a rough idea and any reference images, and Jack will call or email you back. Every project is quoted individually.

Care and warranty
Powder coat is tough but not invincible. Full cleaning guidance and the terms of our warranty live on their own page.

Common questions
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes, no assembly is required.
Can I see a piece in person?
We run 1-2 pop-up shops per year. Follow our instragram to see when the next one is happening.
Can I customise or change the size of a product?
Yes. All of our products with the exception of The Chub are customisable. There are limitations to sizing and customisation of a product size will be quoted upon request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Email info@fearon.shop with your address and the piece you want and we will quote freight.
Do you offer Trade Discount?
We offer a trade discount when ordering multiple products or large quantity orders. This is treated case-by-case so please get in contact to discuss.
Is the aluminium recyclable?
Entirely, and endlessly. It is a large part of why we work in it.
Can the product be used outdoors?
Yes. All of our product is indoor/ outdoor. The powder-coated aluminum will withstand the elements and does not rust if taken care of. Please review our care and warranty policy.
