Working with us

We work with designers, architects, developers and businesses who have something specific in mind and nowhere to buy it. Sometimes that means adapting something from the range. Sometimes it means starting with nothing but a sketch.

Jack designs and prototypes in house, so you are dealing with the person who will make the thing. Send drawings, a reference photo, or a rough idea of the shape in your head. Proportions, finishes and colours are all open.

How it gets made

Everything is made in Melbourne, in a factory built to take a piece from raw material to finished object without it leaving the building. Freeform tube bending, robotic welding, abrasive blasting, powder coating, timber joinery and upholstery all happen on site.

That matters more than it sounds. Nothing gets trucked between subcontractors, nothing waits in a queue at someone else's shop, and if a curve is wrong we find out the same day instead of three weeks later.

Finishes

There is a full library of exterior-grade powder coat colours to work from, and we can match to a custom colour if a project needs it. These are the same finishes specified for outdoor and high-traffic commercial work, so they hold up.

Lead times

Made-to-order pieces generally run six to eight weeks, sometimes faster. One-off custom work depends entirely on what it is, and we will give you a real date before you commit rather than an optimistic one.
